Faith Hospice


Provides leadership, direction, coordination, supervision and administration of all aspects of Faith Hospice, insuring organizational compliance with objectives, legal, regulatory and accreditation requirements related to hospice care delivery, and assuring quality patient care is provided. Is a hospice employee, appointed as the administrator by the Governing Body. Plans, develops, implements, administers, and evaluates programs to provide hospice care and services to patients, caregivers, and families necessary for the palliation and management of the terminal illness and related conditions.
