Patrick A. Yates has more than 38 years of experience in retail. In 1998, Patrick became the CEO of Animal Kingdom USA, Inc., an 11,000 square foot pet center in Brewster New York. In 2012, he co-founded and became COO of Big Oyster, which is responsible for the development of Petz Mobile, a mobile marketing software platform for the pet industry. His successful speaking career spans more than a decade on various business topics.
