Dave Ratner is an independent retailer with a successful multi-store operation on the East Coast. Dave has been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur Magazine, CNN and the NBC Evening News. Dave is on the Board of Retail Advertising and Marketing Association and the author of “Creating Customer Love”. Dave implements stellar business practices in his four pet stores, and takes pride teaching other business owners how to do the same.
