Mark, a native of Norwalk, OH started his professional ticketing career with Sports Facilities Marketing Group, a Cleveland based firm. Mark spent three years as Project Manager before transitioning this experience into being the first Ticket Operations Manager with the Blue Jackets.  In 2004, Mark moved to the west coast and became the Director of Ticket Operations for the Portland Trail Blazers.  After four seasons of NBA experience he returned to Ohio to become an Advanced Product Specialist with Ticketmaster. In 2011, he returned to the team side of professional sports by rejoining the Blue Jackets in his current role as Director of Ticket Operations.
