Christina Bosch Ladd joined Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. (Keurig), a personal beverage system company that has revolutionized the way consumers create and enjoy beverages, as a Senior Sustainability Manager in 2014. In this role, Christina manages the company’s water stewardship commitments and environmental footprints toward its 2020 sustainability targets. She also oversees product recovery and recycling programs. Before joining Keurig, Christina led development of EMD Millipore's (now MilliporeSigma) Design for Sustainability program, formalizing it into the company's stage gate product development process. Prior to that, she contributed to Scope 3 carbon emissions and conflict minerals strategies for Ford Motor Company. Christina also worked at Industrial Economics, Inc., where she advised Federal agencies with economic and environmental research and analysis in the areas of endangered species rulemakings, sea level rise, and natural resource damages assessment. She holds dual MBA/MS degrees from the University of Michigan's Erb Institute (Stephen M. Ross School of Business and School of Natural Resources and Environment) and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Oberlin College.
