Russ has over 20 years of broad Information Technology and Cybersecurity experience. He has led a variety of initiatives during his government career, such as, software portfolio management, data center consolidation, capital planning, and FISMA compliance. Serving at the White House brought these experiences together to aid OMB in policy development and agency oversight. Russ also brings a wealth of relevant commercial experience where he managed corporate security governance and security architecture for Dell Secureworks, a global managed security services provider. In this capacity, Russ ensured the robust software and service offerings met corporate security, architectural, and regulatory requirements. He now serves as a Director of Cybersecurity for Grant Thornton Public Sector
