David is the Director of Risk Management for McNeil and Company (ESIP) and serves as the executive director of the National FARMEDIC Training Program. Dave has over 30 years in the fire service with the Cortlandville (NY) Fire Department and has served as Fire Chief and Fire Commissioner. Dave has presented classes and keynotes at several state, regional and national shows and conventions.
