Melinda Pallotta is the northern California regional manager for OMNIA Partners Public Sector. She has served in this role for nearly seven years. As a regional manager, Melinda consults with public agencies in northern California to assist in achieving maximum efficiency and effectiveness by offering leveraged, compliant procurement solutions.
Melinda’s previous experience has provided significant insight and appreciation for the challenges faced by her client agencies. Earlier in her career, she served as a paralegal, focusing on contract law. More recently she was the Purchasing Supervisor/Contract Administrator for Stanislaus County. Melinda successfully led Stanislaus County’s Purchasing Division in achieving $1.5M-$2M in savings per fiscal year during her tenure. She managed strategic planning efforts, implementation of master agreements for use by all County departments and competitive processes to procure goods and services for the County.
Last year Melinda achieved one of her life goals of earning an Executive Juris Doctor (EJD) through Concord Law School at Purdue University Global, graduating with honors. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Skidmore College, an Associate in Science from Southern Vermont College, and the professional designation of CPPO. Melinda resides with her husband and family in Modesto, CA.
