Michael Becher has been with Industry Insights since 2005 leading over two hundred research and benchmarking studies, including many projects focused on the operations and performance of retailers. Over the past 10 years, his work was cited in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and many other mass media formats. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics (MSPA) degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance from Ohio State University.
