Randy Silverman is President of Klafter's Inc, located in New Castle, PA. Klafter's is 120 year old tobacco, premium cigar and convenience distributor and owns 17 Smoker Friendly stores located in eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania. Randy has been with Klafter's since 1993 and prior to that was a computer analyst/programmer in Pittsburgh and Cleveland. He holds a BS in industrial engineering from the university of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Waynesburg University.
