Casey Capello joined the Nationals in May of 2017 as Manager of Client Retention. In her role, she manages the Membership Services team, consisting of nine account executives. Capello is responsible for the retention staff that builds relationships with NATS Plus Members, provides high-level service, assists members in getting the most value out of their experiences with the Nationals, as well as renew members year after year.
