Shannon Graham is an Associate Director in Navigant’s Energy Practice and is based out of the San Francisco Office. Ms. Graham supports clients making strategic decisions concerning investment in the quickly evolving distributed generation (DG) solar PV market. She provides interdisciplinary analysis combining deep knowledge of the solar market, solar technologies, evolving solar business models and market barriers, and government policies for stimulating clean energy. Currently, Ms. Graham is leading an effort for the California Public Utility Commission to assess to what degree the California solar market has become self-sustaining without the need for further government subsidies. Ms. Graham has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and two graduate degrees from UC Berkeley, an MA in Energy & Resources (ERG) and an MBA in Finance and Energy Markets.
