"CHAN Han Meng is the Founder and CEO of ADL Capital Advisors, an investment and advisory firm based in Singapore. ADLcap operates in: 1. the project finance and advisory space where we are one of the leading players in Myanmar – we are in the process of doing Myanmar’s first ever international project financing (a gas-fired power plant); 2. the private equity space, small- to mid-caps – USD 10-50m transaction sizes, across a diverse range of industries and geographies on both the sell-side and buy-side; 3. Principal investments and project development – ADLcap develops projects and co-invests its own capital alongside its clients. Han Meng is also a Founding Partner of Nature Elements Capital which runs 2 Cleantech and Renewables Funds (in RMB and USD) in China since 2010. These funds invest right across the cleantech and renewable sector in the growth capital segment. Prior to the above, Han Meng has had a long career in the investment banking and private equity space across Asia with global houses such as Credit Suisse, ABN Amro and Standard Chartered largely in project finance, M&A and investments.
