Sheila Botting is Senior Partner and Canadian Real Estate Leader for Deloitte, and a member of the firm’s Global Real Estate Executive. Sheila leads Deloitte’s full Canadian service offerings to the real estate industry including the full range of services including financial advisory, audit, real estate valuation and advisory, corporate finance, infrastructure, tax, technology, management consulting, human resources and enterprise risk. Sheila also led Deloitte’s “workplace of the future” strategy, which resulted in the transformation of almost 2 million sq. ft. of office space across Canada. Sheila continues to work with clients across the public and private sector in developing and implementing their real estate strategy including investments, corporate real estate, land and economic development, and overall real estate considerations.
