Erin Foss is the Opioid Program Development and Outreach Coordinator at CHI St. Gabriel’s Hospital in Little Falls, MN. Erin was a surgical nurse for many years, and switched gears when she accepted a position with the Opioid Team. She has always had a passion for broadening her knowledge of all aspects of health care. The specialty change has been one of the most enjoyable parts of her career. She is passionate about making an impact on the community by teaching others about the opioid crisis, and how we can prevent this epidemic from taking more lives. Prevention is key.
