Marco Ding is a Director at the CPP Investment Board and is responsible for CPPIB’s Canadian real estate portfolio, which comprises of over 23 million sq. ft. of office, retail, industrial and multifamily assets. Since joining the firm in 2005, Marco has participated in over $9B in real estate transactions globally, including the organization’s first real estate investments in the U.K., Asia, Australia, Brazil and the U.S. Prior to joining CPPIB, Marco spent several years with a major Canadian investment bank focused on IPO and M&A mandates in the real estate sector.
