Mr. Bloomquist works for BNSF Railway in their Heavy Bridge group. In this role he is responsible for the design, permitting and construction of large scale bridge replacement projects for the western half of the BNSF system. He has both and undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of Kansas in Civil Engineering.
