Alex currently serves as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and Zoombezi Bay, where he oversees the daily operations of more than 60 food and beverage outlets and nearly 700 seasonal team members. He joined the Zoo in 2013 as Revenue Manager for Zoombezi Bay, overseeing food and beverage, retail and rentals operations for the popular Central Ohio waterpark.
