Jonathan Pearce is responsible for leasing across Ivanhoé Cambridge’s Office and Industrial platforms in North America. His responsibilities include leasing for all owned (managed and non-managed) office and industrial properties and developments in Canada and the U.S., and currently comprising more than 30 million sq. ft. of office and 40 million sq. ft. of industrial in a variety of markets including: Montréal, Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Houston, Seattle, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, Denver, Chicago, New York and Boston. Jonathan has more than 25 years of experience in office leasing and the sale of corporate investment assets in multiple markets, with a strong focus on landlord agency. Jonathan is a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
