In his 16 years as CEO of Aquatic Development Group, and over a decade operating one of the country’s most innovative ski resort destinations, Ken has established himself as an accomplished strategist and marketer in all things water and mountain related. His vision and expertise in the aquatic industry has contributed to the success of some of the most highly attended indoor and outdoor waterparks throughout the U.S. During his tenure at Camelback he, along with his partner Arthur Berry III, expanded operations of the resort to provide year round operational programming creating some of the most innovative offerings in the industry including the largest snowtubing park in the country; a complete outdoor adventure park and the first Mountain Coaster to open on the east coast. Through the partnering of his two organizations in the design and development of Camelbeach Waterpark, and most recently, the $163 million Camelback Lodge & Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark, they have been able to bring their vision to life of providing ground-breaking, world class amenities and attractions. From game changing advances in wave generation technology to the manufacturing and sale of the FlowRider® surf simulator and ADG Mountain Coaster, to the design, development and operation of a year-round, nationally recognized ski resort, Ken continues to lead his teams with the direction and vision that keeps both ADG and Camelback at the forefront of product innovation, design and customer service.
