David is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience. He is experienced in the operation of freestanding psychiatric hospitals and behavioral health programs in an acute hospital setting in both faith-based and for profit systems. His experience includes oversight of multiple inpatient and outpatient programs that cover the full continuum of behavioral health care. David has provided oversight to multiple freestanding psychiatric hospital startups, from the feasibility study stage, through construction and ongoing operation. David has also successfully turned around challenged freestanding psychiatric hospitals in multiple markets. His extensive background includes experience as a Regional Vice President of Behavioral Health with a national acute healthcare system providing oversight to over two hundred and fifty psychiatric beds and numerous outpatient programs in multiple states.
