Giselle Gagnon is Senior Vice President at Bentall Kennedy with responsibility for the company’s Strategic Resources group where she develops and promotes leadership strategies and practices that position the company as a best-in-class services provider across North America. Strategic Resources Group is a key department within Bentall Kennedy with a mission to create value through innovation and leveraging thought leadership and experience to drive organizational effectiveness. This includes advancement the company's sustainability strategy, EH&S, risk management and insurance programs, operational excellence, and customer and client engagement strategies. In her capacity, Giselle oversees the company’s Innovation Lab, an initiative that is designed to enable ideation and execution of initiatives that encourage continuous innovation and value creation across North America.
