Wybcke Meier has been CEO of TUI Cruises since October 2014. She began her career as a qualified travel agent and has since been working her way up in the tourism industry. After starting at Fischer Reisen where she held various positions up to managerial responsibility for marketing and sales, she became head of sales at one of the first German online travel shopping channels, a position she held for two years. From 2002 to 2010, she was responsible for sales and marketing at Öger Tours, leading tour operator specialised on Turkey, and became member of the management board. Before changing to TUI Cruises, Wybcke Meier was managing director of the luxury tour operator Windrose Finest Travel and OFT.
