TJ Schier is the President and Founder of SMART Restaurant Group, a multi-unit Which Wich Superior Sandwiches franchisee who utilizes innovative hiring, training and incentive techniques to build their high performing team. Additionally, TJ is a leading training and hospitality speaker and consultant who has built service and training programs for nearly 100 companies. He speaks dozens of times per year teaching operators and franchisees how to use systems to improve recruiting, training, retention and guest service levels. TJ resides in the DFW area with his family.
