Chris Holtved is Senior Portfolio Manager, Real Estate for HOOPP where he manages a diversified portfolio of assets across Canada and the U.S., which includes primary responsibility for its North American Industrial portfolio. Prior to joining HOOPP, Chris managed the Canadian real estate portfolios of Pauls Properties, a private development company, and the real estate equity and debt asset management group for GE Capital. Chris has broad multi-disciplined real estate experience, including previous senior roles in asset management, investment, operations and leasing with leading organizations including Dundee REIT, Bentall and Manulife Financial. HOOPP is one of Canada’s most respected institutional real estate investors, with a diversified portfolio of assets around the globe.
