Cheryl Fraser is Crombie's Chief Talent Officer and Vice President, Communications. As Chief Talent Officer and Vice President, Communications, Cheryl leads the talent and HR functions, internal and external communications and marketing, and plays an integral role in strategy and business execution. Prior to joining Crombie in 2012, Cheryl held various executive roles in the federal public service including the Canada Revenue Agency, Correctional Service of Canada and Treasury Board Secretariat. Cheryl’s serves as a Director of the Board of the Mental Health Commission of Canada, Chair of the Board of the YMCA of Pictou County and Director on the Board of the Aberdeen Health Foundation. Cheryl is a graduate of ICD Directors Education Program. To celebrate her exceptional career accomplishments, she received the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012.
