Ron is the General Manager of MR ProFun China, the Shanghai-based subsidiary of ProFun Management Group, a leader in independent Operations Planning & Management services to owners and operators of world-class entertainment attractions worldwide. Ron’s work, both as an on-site Operations executive and as a trusted advisor, brought him to Shanghai in 2010 to serve as the General Manager for the China Mobile Pavilion at the Shanghai Expo 2010. Since then, he has overseen ProFun’s practice in China, leading the team’s work with clients that include the Dalian Wanda Group, Legend Tourism Investment, Zhonghong Holdings, and The Goodland Company. Ron is a five-time instructor for IAAPA’s Institute for Attraction Managers, serves as the Vice-President of East Asia for the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA), and was recently appointed to IAAPA’s Asia Manufacturers & Suppliers Committee. Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
