Randy is the Fraud Prevention and eCommerce manager for the Marketing department at the San Diego Zoo and San Diego Zoo Safari Park. He leads his team in finding new methods to protect sales revenues, both membership and admission tickets, and partnership agreements. Working in conjunction with Operations, Security and Admission departments, Randy incorporates his combined 20 years of customer service experience between US Airways and San Diego Zoo Global to ensure guests have a world class experience during their visit at San Diego Zoo and San Diego Zoo Safari Park.
