Ms. Maldonado-Bosworth serves as a Lead Fleet Engineer for GE turbines and Manager working within EDF Renewable Energy's Performance Reliability Engineering group. In this capacity she serves as a technical adviser and liaison between business units to identify reliability concerns with turbine technology and equipment component opportunities to improve performance for asset owners and executive management. Ninochska utilizes her astute engineering skills to dig deep into the challenges of turbine operations, maintenance and performance attributes to gather data on performance, creating statistical models to support findings, failure modes, optimization efforts, and leads project plans to communicate to various stakeholders. She brings to the forefront the focus areas of lost revenue opportunities, payback potentials, and operational enhancements to development, procurement, engineering, and finance departments. She holds a Bachelor in Science with honors in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University and a MBA from University of Phoenix specializing in Technology Management.
