Michael Q. Pugliese, LE (Pennsylvania) is the CEO of Circadia by Dr. Pugliese, Inc. In 2006, Michael took over the signature professional skin treatment line founded by his grandfather, Peter T. Pugliese, MD, beloved educator and author of Advanced Professional Skin Care, Medical Edition. Over the last 12 years, Michael has continued the family tradition of educating esthetic practitioners with product-neutral lectures, covering topics of functional ingredients, cosmetic chemistry, skin physiology and disorders, and the biology of circadian rhythms. Michael’s dedication and leadership have positioned Circadia as a superior education-driven American skin care company with international recognition, opening distribution in Europe, Asia, Australia, Scandinavia, Russia and Latin America. By understanding and utilizing physiologically compatible products, Circadia by Dr. Pugliese gives estheticians the tools to design an effective skincare protocol for every client’s concern. Michael, a member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists, continues to personally investigate cutting edge raw materials, and the development of new products for face and body care.
