As the CEO of Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO), Troy Simonson oversees a large independent specialty practice of 39 clinics and 115 physicians across the Twin Cities metro area and western Wisconsin. Troy joined TCO in 2004 as the Business Office Director, and soon became an Administrator in the practice in 2005. In January 2013, Troy was named CEO in an effort to continue to strengthen the TCO brand and identity and focus on high quality, low cost medicine with the ultimate goal of elevating TCO as an innovative healthcare leader. He has led the mergers of independent practices into TCO, directed the development of facilities expansion, the growth of value based care management and developed multiple ancillary services across the organization. Troy started his healthcare career in 1995 previously working with Banner Health Systems and Regina Medical Center. Troy received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN.
