Julie started her career in the Facilities Department of a major Central Texas Healthcare System. Synthesizing how staff truly function with how patients interact in a space has remained at the core of her design philosophy. She has an Evidence Based focus that encourages coupling current practices with challenging the status quo. This manifests itself in hospitality rich environments that infuse Senior Living, Spas, Medical Practices, Surgery Centers, and Hospitals with much needed inspired design.
