Bart is a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado, admitted as a Member of the Colorado Bar Association in 2014, focusing his legal practice on corporate law and real estate law. Bart is also real estate developer and real estate executive, serving as co-founder and President of two Colorado-based real estate companies. In 2016, Bart completed his first solo real estate development, delivering the Limelight Healthcare Center, a 21,000 square foot medical office building, adjacent to the Castle Rock Adventist Health Campus in Castle Rock, Colorado. Before embarking on his entrepreneurial path, Bart served as Managing Director for a national real estate development company where he was responsible for managing a west coast real estate portfolio of 500,000 square feet including the development of an 80,000 square foot medical office building on the campus of Parker Adventist Hospital. Bart earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver – Sturm College of Law [2014], Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Denver – Daniels College of Business [2010], and Bachelor of Science (Finance) from Florida State University’s College of Business [2003]. He joined Mile High Young Professionals (“MHYP”) and its Philanthropy Committee in 2015. Bart’s peers elected him to serve as a member of MHYP’s Board of Directors beginning in 2017, with Bart continuing to serve on MHYP’s Philanthropy Committee in addition to serving as Treasurer [2018 to Present] and Vice President [2019 to Present]. Bart’s passions include pursuing his entrepreneurial dreams, engaging in philanthropic activities, playing sports, traveling, and training golden retrievers.
