While an employee of CBRE, Maureen is uniquely embedded full time at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, dedicated 100% to their real estate strategy and execution. For the past six years, Maureen has played an integral role in CHW’s ambulatory and primary care growth and has helped align the system’s operational and space needs. Maureen leads the interdepartmental real estate team serving the entire health system that includes over one million square feet of administrative, specialty, dental, primary care, urgent care, and social services spaces. With over 100 leased, subleased, and owned properties, Maureen provides end-to-end system support including site selection, project planning, leasing negotiations, portfolio, and asset management.
