Thomas “Trey” Klawiter is the President of Methodist Hospital for Surgery located in Addison TX. His responsibility is to facilitate the operations of a fiscally responsible healthcare organization that provides high quality outcomes for its patients. (MHfS was recently awarded the 5-Star designation from CMS, top 8% of hospitals nationwide.) He has worked in hospital and other healthcare C-suites for almost 20 years. Throughout his healthcare career, he has worked closely with real estate entities in the development, construction, renovation and leasing of numerous hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, clinics and medical office buildings. He has a unique understanding and appreciation for the strategic relationship between healthcare real estate companies and healthcare operators. Mr. Klawiter holds a BBA from Texas Tech University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
