Mark A. Davis has been a Principal and CEO at Davis for over 30 years and is considered a leading expert in the healthcare real estate market. Mark’s company offers a full service platform including dispositions, acquisitions, brokerage, development, investment and strategic planning, and consistently delivers superior results. Throughout his career Mark has leased, developed and/or acquired over 7 million square feet of medical space. To meet client needs, he has opened offices in 5 states and currently provides property management to 53 medical office buildings totaling 2.6 million square feet. Mark’s client list includes individual physicians, primary and specialty care practices, health systems and a variety of investor entities. Representative clients include Physicians Realty Trust, HealthEast, Noran Neurological Clinic, and North Memorial. Mark is proud to partner with a variety of non-profit organizations, and is a generous supporter of numerous national and local foundations. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in accounting and received his MBA from the College of St. Thomas.
