Bev Jennings has 35 years of business experience in Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Food and Retail industry – over 26 of the years with Johnson & Johnson (J&J). She is currently Head, Office of Supplier Diversity & Inclusion for J&J, the first Healthcare company member in the elite 20 member Billion Dollar Roundtable. J&J spends over $1B annually with certified minority and women owned businesses; and $2.7B with small businesses. She is the Co-Chair of the J&J African American Leadership Council National Employee Resource Group (ERG). Bev’s experience includes J&J Consumer Group of Companies Vice President Process Excellence where she led business process improvement globally across 50 companies with $16B sales; Procurement Global External Manufacturing Simplification; Business Continuity; Supplier Diversity and Enterprise Sourcing Risk Mitigation. At Vision Care, she directed a 1200 employee Manufacturing operation; Quality Assurance, Distribution and Customer Services. Prior to J&J, Bev held Purchasing and Warehousing management positions with Standard Meat Company, a Sara Lee Corporation company and JC Penney Company.   She holds a MBA in Industrial Management from the University of Dallas and a BS in Management from the University of West Florida. Bev is a Master Business Coach certified by the Fowler School of Business and Executive Coaching A leader in the community, Bev is member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Marketing Committee Chair. She is also a Board Member of the Billion Dollar Roundtable, National Minority Supplier Development Council and the Women Presidents’ Educational Organization. Bev’s honors include recognition for leadership by Johnson & Johnson HONOR/AALC ERG, YWCA and Gateway Girl Scouts as a Women of Distinction. A Florida native, she resides in Skillman, New Jersey and enjoys time with family, friends and making connections.
