Mike Cline is the board vice president of the Muncie Indiana Board of Sanitary District Commissioners. He is a professional engineer and has been designated as the Muncie City Engineer. Cline graduated from Ohio State in 1976 with a B.S. degree in civil engineering and has over 40 years of experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater engineering. He has developed particular expertise in the area of public sector financing during that timeframe. Cline has been active with Engineers without Borders, served as a mentor for faith-based programs for troubled youth, and is a referee for small college and high school rugby games in central Indiana. Cline received the 2013 Indiana Consulting Engineer of the Year Award from the ACEC. He is in his fourth year as an MSD commissioner.
