Kwamara Thompson

Kwamara Thompson brings over a decade of experience being a teacher leader, coach, and mentor in schools as well as on district, state, and national platforms. She has also designed a professional development framework and a system of accountability to infuse literacy throughout content areas. As the National Director of Profession Learning and School Support at Classroom, Inc., she and her team help school partners use achievement centered systems to track student progress. Kwamara maintains and manages many of our school, community and district partners. She leads the effort on codifying promising practices used by our school partners and presents the CI professional learning model at conferences across the nation.
