As a the Director of Real Estate for SCL Health, Kyle maintains responsibility for partnering with executive strategist to execute on ambulatory growth strategies, re-purpose underutilized assets, and maximize the efficiency of system's portfolio. Additionally Kyle oversees real estate transactions, property management, and lease administration operations. For the the three years proceeding his tenure with CBRE, Inc. (SCL Health), Kyle worked as the National Manager of Lease Transaction Management for Catholic Health Initiatives working alongside Regional Directors to manage real estate transactions, govern process and compliance and create executing reporting for system leadership. Kyle graduated from the University of Denver with a Master's of Real Estate and Construction Management in 2011 after finishing his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2008.
