Maryann P. Gallagher owns her own employment law firm, Law Offices of Maryann Gallagher, in Los Angeles, California. Maryann Gallagher was Trial Lawyer of the Year for Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles in 2016, only the second woman in 57 years to be chosen for the award. Maryann has been litigating employment cases for 27 years. She also has litigated catastrophic personal injury, products liability, and insurance bad faith cases. Her passion is employment law and helping plaintiffs who have no means to fight for their rights. Maryann has also been a nominee for Appellate Lawyer of the year for CAALA and a nominee for Consumer Attorney of the Year for CAOC. She currently serves on the Board of Governors for CAALA as an Emeritus Board Member. Maryann has been recognized by Los Angeles Magazine as one of Top Women Attorneys in Southern California for the past five years. She is also active in partnering up with new lawyers who may not be able to obtain litigation experience on their own to provide mentoring and trial experience.
