Celeste Young-Ramos is the founder of Restaurant Success Center. Based in Los Angeles, the restaurant consulting and training firm specializes in mentoring and developing the business skills of start-up and existing restaurant owners and their teams so they can create strong, sustainable brands, maximize profits, and problem solve chronic restaurant problems that keep them up at night. She has first-hand experience in all sides of the restaurant business from growing up in the family restaurant, as a restaurant owner, and decades of extensive regional, multi-unit operations experience at Denny’s, Inc. as both a corporate and franchise Area Manager, Regional Management Training Consultant, and International Franchise Business Consultant. At her many positions at Denny’s, she led her teams to benchmark record sales, profits, and operational results and her skills and expertise positivity impacted 100’s of restaurants and 1,000 of restaurant employees in the greater Los Angeles area, New Zealand, Guam, and Hawaii and they continue to do so today with her entrepreneurial clients. Celeste is also affiliated with the Valley Economic Development Council (VEDC) and the Los Angeles Women's Business Center of Los Angeles (part of the SBA) as a trusted restaurant expert and advisor to those starting up their restaurant and food service businesses. She is the co-creator and President on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles based Restaurant Resource Council and Restaurant Resource Council Expo which aid restaurants in the Greater Los Angeles area to be successful and profitable.
