Jon Nietzel is a Certified Ergonomist and leads that effort for Alliant Energy. He has worked for the Utility Industry for 37 years. He conducts ergonomic evaluations, identifies high risk activities, and designs tooling where there is demand. Today you will learn about his newest process improvements for the human body and how they are needed in the Wind Industry. You will participate in the session and practice techniques used to evaluate negative forces acting on the body and how to improve the quality of life for your employees. Please welcome Jon as a “first time” attendee to our conference.
