A 30-year ad agency veteran, has worked with major national brands in a variety of industries, including tourism, hospitality, manufacturing and health care. During that time, he has been involved in almost all aspects of PR, from product introductions and publicity to crisis communication, ghostwriting and content marketing. He is a regular guest on WTMJ-AM, and holds a BS from Lawrence University and an MS from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
