Jeb Butler




Jeb Butler thrives in litigation against powerful defendants. He takes pride in doing everything well —whether tracking down witnesses, deposing experts, arguing a case at trial, or defending a verdict on appeal. He has won multiple jury verdicts, including a wrongful death verdict of $150 million. The legal community has recognized Jeb’s ability. Jeb has been named Georgia’s Young Litigator of the Year, a Daily Report “On The Rise” Lawyer, a SuperLawyers Rising Star, one of Georgia Trend’s Legal Elite, and one of the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 100. He regularly speaks at seminars and writes in legal publications, and has been interviewed on legal issues by news organizations such as the Wall Street Journal, CBS News, Fox News, the Daily Report, and Al-Jazeera America. Jeb has been asked to serve on the Board of the Center for Auto Safety and to speak at the opening of the American Museum of Tort Law.
