Howard Blumenthal has been a licensed attorney in California for almost 23 years. He has worked for three of the most successful personal injury law firms in Los Angeles who excel at both pre litigation and litigation: The Barnes Firm since 2015, Cohen and Marzban(then called Cohen and Steinbrecher) and the Parris Law Firm. Prior to becoming an attorney, Howard was employed by 20th Century Insurance Company as an insurance adjuster and then worked for the Law Offices of Cedric Sarnoff in Beverly Hills as a case manager giving him extensive experience in evaluating and resolving personal injury claims. In addition, early in his career he worked for one year for Hosp, Gilbert, Bergston and Phillips, an insurance defense firm, which gave him additional insight into how personal injury claims are evaluated by insurers and opposing counsel. He is now entering his 30th year of handling personal injury cases and there are very few attorneys with the background and experience he has in handling and resolving personal injury matters. He has resolved almost 5000 cases in his career. He has participated in hundreds of mediations and arbitrations as a litigator. He has been a voluntary settlement conference officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court, has worked as a settlement officer for the CRASH program at the Glendale courthouse and is a mandatory settlement officer for CAALA. Howard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UCLA and has his Juris Doctor from UWLA. He is a past president of the Antelope Valley Bar Association. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
