She is responsible for managing all marketing communications, as well as coordinating estimates, scheduling, and payments for all projects. Joni is an NWFACP Certified Sales Advisor, and is a certified presenter for NWFA continuing education through AIA and IDCEC. Artistic Floors by Design has received numerous industry awards, and is a Greater Parker Area Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year Award winner. Joni blogs and writes articles for trade publications on current business concepts and applications for hardwood flooring contractors.
