Blue Star Gas is a retail marketer that operates in 5 Western states of the U.S. and has 16 locations. As a family owned company, Jeff is the third generation in the business. The company is an active member of Alliance Autogas, supporting just shy of 1,000 vehicles fueling every day. Blue Star Gas has installed over 70 public access Autogas fueling locations in 4 primary metropolitan markets of the western states. Blue Star works hard in the continued diversification of its business with its Blue Star Power Generation division focusing on generators and Combined Heat & Power units. Jeff is heavily involved with legislative and regulatory energy policy in California, Oregon, and Washington and is an industry expert in the states' Cap & Trade, Low Carbon Fuel Standard, and Zero Net Energy programs. Jeff attended the University of the Pacific and received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. He has held numerous positions in the propane industry including Chair of the National Benchmarking Council, Chair of the Western Propane Gas Association, and is presently the Chair of the National Propane Gas Association.
