Over the 19 years at FMS, Valerie has served in many roles prior to becoming the VP of Finance. During these years, she has worked in a leadership role in a home care agency throughout an accreditation process, as Director of Education Services and eventually Chief of Staff. She is actively involved with Texas Association for Home Care and Hospice – serving on two committees. Bringing over 19 years of home health and hospice experience to her position as Vice President of Finance and Business Development for FMS, Valerie has developed and implemented many education programs and products. Additionally, she has executed multiple cost saving measures and maximized operational efficiencies in home care and hospice agencies.
