Jason Jones has been working with technology in the utility industry for over 25 years. He has worked in the water, cable TV, gas, and electric utility industries. He has held a number of positions in the utility industry including: • Service Order Representative • Draftsman • Designer • Survey Technician • Field Inspector • GIS Analyst / Cartographer • IT Programmer / Analyst • IT Project Manager • Supervisor – Energy Delivery I.T. • Business Relationship Manager In his current position as Manager of Distribution Automation for LG&E and KU Energy, Mr. Jones and his Team are responsible for engineering and construction related to recloser installation, implementation of a Distribution SCADA system and implementation of a Distribution Management System.
